1. Agreement Commencement: This Agreement shall commence upon the Customer’s registration, confirmation of payment, and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Subscription Type: This is a biweekly residential cleaning subscription.
3. Charge: The Customer shall pay the Service Provider the subscription fee per week. The initial payment is due upon registration, and subsequent payments shall be made on a weekly recurring basis.
4. Subscription Period: This Agreement shall continue for a period of six (6) months unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 6 below.
5. Renewal: This Agreement shall automatically renew for an additional six-month term unless the Customer provides written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the current term.
6. Cancellation:
- Early Termination Fee: If the Customer terminates this Agreement before the expiration of the six-month term, the Customer shall pay a cancellation fee of $250.
7. Services:
- Standard Cleaning Services: The Service Provider shall provide standard cleaning services, which shall include, but not be limited to, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and cleaning kitchen. Our standard cleaning service does not include deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, or renovation cleaning. If our team arrives and determines that the required cleaning exceeds standard service, we will provide an updated quote and require your approval before proceeding. If you decline the updated quote, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Additional Services: The Service Provider may offer additional services upon request and at an additional charge.
8. Scheduling:
- Biweekly Cleanings: The Service Provider shall provide cleaning services every other week.
- Scheduling Flexibility: The Service Provider shall make reasonable efforts to accommodate the Customer’s scheduling preferences.
- Schedule Changes: The Customer may request changes to the scheduled cleaning times, subject to the Service Provider’s availability.
- Cancellation Policy: If the Customer cancels a scheduled cleaning, the Customer shall be responsible for paying the full service fee unless the cancellation is due to the Service Provider’s fault.
9. Governing Law:
- Florida Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
10. Entire Agreement:
- Complete Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
By signing up, the Customer agrees to the terms of this contract and authorizes Borges Services LLC to charge for services and/or cancellation fees.
