Scheduling Questions
we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a two-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of contracted service.
No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts but recurring cleaning services cancelled before the second cleaning will be charged the difference from the first cleaning as deep cleaning..
Cleaning Questions
Here’s a listing of what gets cleaned in every room of your house during a premium cleaning. You can also request extra items or different types of cleaning via your customer dashboard.
FLOORS: Vacuum & Mopped, including moving chairs & small furniture **(under couch, cushions, rugs is deep cleaning. Steam mop not included).CLEANING & DISINFECTING: light switches & door knobs, tidy personal items, empty garbage & replace bags **(hauling & plastic bags not included).
HOME DUSTING: tv stands, frames, lampshades, tables, chairs, window sills, furniture, shelves, etc.. (chandeliers not included).
BATHROOMS: Walk-in Shower & Tub (including box), Toilet disinfected in and out, Sink, Countertops and Mirrors cleaned.
KITCHEN: Wipe down all countertops, tables & chairs, backsplash, sink area, stove top, hood vent, spot cleaning outside cabinets and drawers.
SMALL APPLIANCES IN/Out: microwave, coffee machine etc.. Bigger Ones: dishwasher, washer, oven, fridge, dryer only outside . **(Laundry Detergent Not Provided).
Yes, we provide all the cleaning supplies necessary to perform the service.
We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services” button halfway down the page.
One or two cleaners may be sent to your home depending on how busy our schedule is. If you are on a recurring schedule, the same cleaner will be assigned from time to time.
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
